Grooming
- Students may not appear at school in soiled shirts, dirty trousers, sweaters, or jumpers.
- Girls' hair shall be neat and combed. Hair ribbons should match the uniform, soild navy or dark green are acceptable. Headbands in black, navy, or dark green are acceptable. Headbands in plaid are available from Lands' End (our plaid is called "white plaid"), or Educational Outfitters.
- Boys' hair shall be neatly trimmed in a traditional style (over the ears and off the collar).
- Shoes are to be polished and tied at all times.
- Fingernails must be clean and of modest length. Only clear polish may be used.
Girls K-4
- Plaid jumper* which must be just below knee length. Any girl wearing a jumper with a hem above the knee will be sent home until a uniform of proper length is obtained.
- White uniform blouse with peter pan style collar, short or long sleeve permitted
- Modesty shorts (i.e. biking shorts) must be worn and be black or navy blue in color (no other colors permitted). Modesty shorts should not hang lower than the jumper.
- Girls' socks are to be plain white ankle or knee socks. White tights are permitted in the cool weather months (no sport socks/peds/color trim).
- Shoes are to be black leather, suede, or similar material and can have a black rubber sole. No sneakers, clogs, or sandals.
- Stud or small tasteful earrings, time-pieces, and pieces of a religious nature are the only forms of jewelry permitted; jewelry must not become a distraction.
- No hair bands of any kind may be worn on the wrist.
- Cardigan* with embroidered logo may be worn at any time. Jackets, hoodies, or coats must be hung underneath the student's cubbie and may not be worn during school except when the student is outside.
Girls 5-8
- Plaid culotte* which must be just below knee length. Any girl wearing a culotte with a hem above the knee will be sent home until a uniform of proper length is obtained.
- White polo* with logo, short or long sleeved with a white tank or cami underneath
- Girls' socks are to be plain white ankle or knee socks. White tights are permitted in the cool weather months (no sport socks/peds/color trim).
- Shoes are to be black leather, suede, or similar material and can have a black rubber sole. No sneakers, clogs, or sandals.
